Beginners guide to Facebook:

All therapists should be using Facebook for their business, most of your potential clients now use Facebook to purchase and book appointments so it’s important for you to be part of this! You don’t need to pay for ad’s if you have the right strategy in place.

This course will take you through the below areas and you’ll also get Claire’s top tips on Facebook and content throughout the course.

Social media marketing is an effective way of getting exposure and generating leads for your business, but as with any marketing strategy, it’s only as effective as you are at evaluating and improving the tactics you use.

For social media that means regularly reviewing your analytics to see what’s working, what isn’t and figuring out the changes you should make to improve your strategy.

Few of us enjoy trying to make sense of data (well, maybe I’m a bit of geek and love it if I’m being honest), but it is an important marketing activity you should do at least once month if you want your social media marketing to be successful and get the results you’re hoping for.

Don’t worry though, by coming on this course you’ll get some great tips and advice you can implement straight away to make best use of your social media analytics and ultimately, get better results from your social media marketing.

This session will look at the Facebook ‘Insights’ and take you through what they are and how you can use those results to build up your page.

Canva is a great channel for creating images that can be used on social media, you can amend your cover photos for all the channels too.  Canva is a great tool for therapists to create some wonderful images that can be used in a variety of ways.

This very simple guide will take you through the basics.

The importance of blogging and a brainstorm session on the types of blogs you can write:

Blogs are a great way to promote your range of services, increase your SEO and provide you with social media content! But like social media, sometimes it can be hard to think of what topics to write about! However, in the holistic and beauty industries there are so many topics you can cover!

This is a brainstorming session where you’ll learn why you should blog and an exclusive session where we’ll look at topics you can cover to stand out and get noticed!

What’s more this will be bespoke to attendees! So we’ll look at each attendee and what business they have and Claire will give you some top tips on topics you can look into covering!

Videos for Social media:

You can’t escape video marketing these days.

It seems that wherever you are there’s a Facebook live, Twitter video or an advert playing on your internet browser. Businesses of all shapes and sizes are using video as part of their marketing strategy and there’s a very good reason for that, it works!

Many of the small business owners I network with or work on marketing strategy for, look at me in fear when I mention the word “video”.

It can be scary putting yourself out there for the world to see, but there is a lot more to video marketing than hopping on live to your contacts social media feed (although that really is a fantastic way to introduce yourself to your target audience).

In this workshop, I want to share with you the reasons you should be using video marketing for your business and offer a few suggestions that might work for you along the way.

In addition, this workshop will cover how to do videos on all the channels and some video content ideas.

How to create a YouTube channel and how to use it!:

YouTube isn’t just for kids creating videos and product demonstrations! When you go through YouTube there are a variety of videos from all industries!

If you create videos on social media, you should also have a YouTube Channel!

YouTube is great for your Google presence! Plus it can be a great place to have a library of all your video content and use the links in your social media.

Did you know we can upload videos you’ve already created on social media in the past and add them onto YouTube? You don’t need to worry about creating brand new content (although that should be in your marketing strategy).  Existing videos can be a great start for your channel!

This session will show you how to set a channel, how to do a live video, how to upload an existing video, including how to add a video that you did on Facebook.

Plus in this session you’ll learn how to use the channel effectively.  Including how to create ‘playlists’ and share your links in social media.
